There is a fault with my product. What should I do?

- If you purchased the product from the TanOrganic website, please contact email@example.com. Please also provide your order number and include photographs of the fault.
- If you purchased the product from a pharmacy or salon, please bring the product and receipt back to the place of purchase. We cannot replace products that were not bought from the website.
